With Jason Turner, he is highly qualified and will adapt a programme as he reads your body. He is personable, patient, qualified in fitness but will also introduce dietary requirements if necessary.

After each session; he will set you little targets & goals to achieve before the next session.

Each session will be different as he gets to ‘read’ the requirements and weaknesses that need strengthening in your body.
